ENROLL WITH THE USS NOMAD – JOIN

Please complete the following enrollment form to apply as an active crew member onboard the USS Nomad NCC-72382.  The USS Nomad is a growing international Star Trek fan club focusing on charity and community support.

We encourage all members to join the official Star Trek organization, STARFLEET International (sfi.org), where you can take courses through Starfleet Academy, leading to “degree” programs and a means to gain promotion.

Of course, you can join to be a part of the USS Nomad crew and enjoy the general chat about Trek and other science fiction discussions on our social media channels.

There will be a consent question at the end of the survey – if you choose not to consent, your answers will not be shared on the crew facebook page (Nomad Grub Hub). If you do, there will be a condensed version of this survey added so that your crew members can get to know you briefly.
